I'm Tim McCormick, professional software developer and leader with 16+ years of experience. I have a passion for learning new things and developing new solutions.

Over the years I've split my time between writing code and leading the people who write it, and I've found the two feed each other — staying hands-on keeps my leadership grounded, and leading keeps me honest about what actually matters when building software.
